Torne Skate

The Torne Skate is a new, lightweight skate with a short nose and a 25 m skating radius. It performs best on smooth ice and prepared tracks. Delivered with a mounted, unique Salomon Prolink® Race binding with an extra stiff flexor developed specifically for Lundhags. The skate is sharpened and ready to use out of the box. Made in Sweden using recycled Swedish stainless steel and low carbon footprint aluminum. 100% recyclable. Redesigned, solid construction. The stainless steel blade is attached to the aluminum profile using both press fit and stamping. The short nose maximizes effective ice contact and the 25 m skating radius creates an agile and playful skate. Available in two lengths, 39 cm (boot size 36-40) and 42 cm (boot size 41-45). Each size is designed to position your foot correctly in relation to the blade for a straightforward skating experience. 1,4 mm blade width is perfect for natural ice conditions in Scandinavia.

• Market leading ice clearance. With 22 mm naked blade underfoot, the risk of getting stuck when skating on soft ice or through hard crust is reduced.

• Steel hardness is 58 Rc. The blade will stay sharp for a long time, while it still is easy to sharpen using hand tools.
