Our clothing is comprised of many different types of materials. Everything to suit the simple walk to the tough hike. Our overall material philosophy include requirements within:

• Sustainability; Durable and made to last and to be reparied. Recycled and recycable materials. 100% Fluorocarbon-free
• Great performance: Keeps rain and snow out, and moisture that comes from sweat get out.
• Features for outdoor: Hood that fits well around your head and can be adjusted tightly without impeding vision. Adjustable cuffs that can be tighten with velcro to reduce water entry. Easily accessible chest pockets are handy when wearing a back pack.

Lundhags Polycotton mix (LPC)

Lundhags Polyester & Cotton Mix (LPC), is our own versatile material, a recycled and organic blend. Our LPC material composition is 65% certified, recycled polyester, and 35% organic cotton from Turkey.

LPC provides good air circulation and ventilation, as well as an optimized microclimate between the different layers. Breathability, flexibility, windproofness, durability, strength and UV protection, combined with the tight weave of the fabric, form an unbeatable combination for an active outdoor lifestyle. We have concluded that the properties of LPC work best when impregnated. The LPC material and the impregnation are free from fluorocarbons.

Re-impregnating, without heat or complicated procedures, can easily be performed in your own washing machine. Toko Eco Proof Care line is also very durable: the impregnation retains the same function over an extended period, even after intensive usage and numerous washings.

Lundhags Polyester & Cotton Mix comes in different weights. The more heavier for fall/winter products and lighter for summer trekking.

LPC RM/OC Lundhags Polyester Cotton mix with Recycled Material and Organic Cotton. Water resistant when combined with TOKO DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment. The fabric works well in light rain and is fast drying if wet due to heavy rain. Tightly woven twisted yarn in warp and weft is wind resistant and makes the material durable. The fabric construction provides good UV protection when used in strong sunlight.

Lundhags Nylon (LN)

LN-stretch 255 RM Recycled softshell stretch, for freedom of movement. A very durable and hard-wearing material with very high tear strength. Wind and water repellent surface. A permanent elastic and durable material. LN-stretch 255 RM = Lundhags Nylon Stretch, Recycled Material. Composition: 90% Recycled Polyamide, 10% Polyurethane. Weight: 255g/m.

Lundhags Waterproof (LWP)

Premium, recycled quality fabrics with high levels of waterproofness and breathability. Choose from durable outdoor work wear to lightweight, packable garments, always close at hand to quickly protect you from the elements. Our waterproof shell line is developed with three new and sustainable fabrics to fill the different needs from our different users. We have chosen 3-layer laminates for maximum function and comfort. An outer layer from recycled fibers, an inner layer for soft comfort and a middle layer with a waterproof membrane.

Because we want our products to last a long time, all of our fabrics undergo in-lab and in-field testing, so that we can guarantee that they live up to our high standards. There are numerous criteria to fulfill when choosing a waterproof garment, depending on its purpose.

POLYESTER RIPSTOP RM A windproof, water repellent lightweight yet strong and durable fabric. Composition: 100% Recycled polyester. Weight: 53g/m.

MERINO WOOL 100% Soft, thin, naturally breathable and high quality Wool. Mulesing free. Provides a warming and cooling effect even when wet. Merino wool has an excellent warmth-to.weight ratio and naturally controls odors without any added chemicals.

SCHOELLER® DYNAMIC A high quality, permanent elastic fabric that provides users with an increased freedom of movement. A durable and hard-wearing material with high tear strength. The material has been impregnated with a fluorocarbon-free, water repellent treatment. Composition: 92% Polyamide, 8% Elastane, bluesign® approved. Weight: 270g/m.

SCHOELLER® DRYSKIN Double fabric construction with synthetic fibers on the outside and functional fibers on the inside for rapid moisture transport. A durable and hard-wearing material with high tear strength. Wind and water repellent surface. A permanent elastic and durable material. Composition: 52% Polyamide, 41% Polyamide (Micro), 7% Elastane, bluesign® approved. Weight: 255g/m.

SCHOELLER® KEPROTEC® ECO A fabric with an extremely high durability and tear strength. Used as reinforcement fabric on some of the garments in the collection. An extremely abrasion and tear resistant fabric with Kevlar® for top quality protection. Composition: 76% Polyamide, 14% Aramide (Kevlar®), 10% PU, bluesign® approved. Weight: 177g/m.
