Returns In-Store vs. Online – What Applies

📌 Please note that return and exchange policies differ between in-store and online purchases. Items bought in our physical Lundhags stores can only be returned or exchanged in-store. Items purchased in our online shop can only be returned through our online return process and cannot be returned in-store.

The information below applies only to purchases made online.

EU Countries- Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR

Our shipping cost is 20 EUR. If you spend over 100 EUR, we cover the shipping.

Free Returns

The item must be unused and returned undamaged in its original packaging.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number. All our packages include a prepaid return label in case you want to return the product(s) for any reason.

Delivery times and options

We offer delivery to the nearest collection point. The shipping cost is automatically calculated when you place your order.

We do our best to always deliver as quickly as possible. Usually, the delivery time is 1-4 working days. Currently, we offer delivery to residents of Sweden, Norway (not Svalbard), and EU countries using the Euro.

Delays can occur

We do our best, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. Therefore, we reserve the right for delays due to unforeseen events and during periods of high demand. The maximum delivery time is 3 weeks from the time your order is received. If your order has not arrived by then, you have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost, unless otherwise agreed.

If you have not received your package within 5 weeks, you are responsible for notifying us.

Christmas Shopping – Extended Returns Until January 31, 2026

All purchases made during December come with an extended return period and can be returned until January 31, 2026.

30 days free return

You have 30 days of free returns on all orders. The item must be unused and returned undamaged in its original packaging. All tags must be attached and any manuals must be included. Pack the items so that they do not get damaged during shipping. Do not attach the return label directly to the shoebox; use protective packaging around it.

How do you make a return?

When you receive your order, it comes with a return label. Use this label, pack the products you do not want, and return them to us.

What happens next?

A refund will be issued once your returned products have been inspected and approved by our warehouse. If you paid 20 EUR for shipping, this will not be credited upon return.
