Choosing the Right Material for Hiking Boots

Reducing environmental impact starts with buying quality products that last. With 90 years of expertise, Lundhags understands the importance of durable materials in hiking footwear. Here's a quick guide:

Synthetic Leather:

  • Lightweight, waterproof, and low-maintenance.
  • Mimics genuine leather but lacks the durability needed for rigorous hiking.
  • Quality and longevity are crucial, which is why Lundhags prefers genuine leather.

Genuine Leather:

  • Full-grain, Nubuck, and suede provide sturdiness, durability, and a comfortable fit.
  • Molds to your feet while offering stability on challenging terrain.
  • Breathable to reduce sweat and odors and gains a distinctive patina over time.

For long-lasting, high-quality hiking boots, genuine leather from Lundhags is the ideal choice.
