Warranty Coverage
- Covers material and production faults.
- We will repair or replace defective boots free of charge.
- Valid from the original purchase date, non-transferable, and applies only to the original customer.
Conditions
- The warranty is valid if the boots are used under normal conditions and cared for according to our boot care instructions.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, negligence, or accidents.
How to Register a Claim
- Register your claim within 3 months of detecting the defect.
- Failure to register in time may void your warranty, especially if the defect worsens.
Returning Your Boots
- Contact us with any warranty or repair questions.
- Ensure boots are clean and dry before returning.

- You are responsible for shipping costs for repairs. Lundhags covers return shipping if repair costs exceed 1,000 SEK. For warranty issues, we cover all shipping costs.
What Happens Next?
- Our shoemaker will assess the returned boots to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty and decide on the appropriate action.
- You will be notified of the decision.
- Lundhags boots are designed as "shell boots," making repairs usually straightforward. If repair is not possible, we will replace the boots. If the model is out of stock, an equivalent replacement will be offered.
Non-Warranty Repairs
- If the damage is not covered by the warranty, our shoemaker can often repair the boots at a reasonable cost.
