Do you simply want to return an item?
If you want to return an item, you do not need to complete a form or contact our Customer Service team. Simply use the enclosed return label and send the item back to us.
At Lundhags, you can return your order within 30 days in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
Do you want to exercise your right of withdrawal digitally?
Under EU rules, you also have the option to notify us digitally that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive confirmation that we have received your request.
You can use the form below within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your order.
The form is optional and is not required for a standard return.
Once you have submitted the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. You will still need to return the item using the enclosed return label.
